AGREEMENT

​

1. This Agreement is between you and TruSelf Coaching (ABN: 40 155 392 381) and relates to your participation in our  program 'The Shift' and the ‘TruSelf Transformation facebook group’

​

2. As a member of ‘The Shift' you understand that all information and techniques, skills, and concepts that are shared by speakers and trainers and all online video and audio recordings, all audio and video training, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites, and other materials are the property of TruSelf Coaching and are education only. They are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice.

3. TruSelf Coaching Programs and the associated materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use.

4. During the sessions, comments, or in the Facebook group you may be included in the sharing of confidential information. Please choose to respect the participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions.

​

5. It is assumed that this application is completed with the understanding that what is taught within 'The Shift' remains the copyright of TruSelf Coaching and will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred without our consent.

6. TruSelf Coaching programs are a full course commitment. There are no cancellations or refunds during this time. If you use in-house finance and should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access until your payments are up to date.

​

7. Securing a place in this sacred expansion container:  AU$497 one time payment or AU$185 x 3 payments (monthly) or AU$70 x 8 payments (weekly)

8. The clients of TruSelf Coaching Programs understand that they will conduct themselves ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, TruSelf Coaching reserves the right to cancel your enrolment.

​

9. Throughout the coaching relationship, TruSelf Coaching will engage in very direct and personal conversations. In order for the coaching to be powerful and transformational, your Coach will be honest and straightforward in asking questions and the client agrees to fully participate in the process. This may include, but not be limited to, attending all sessions on time, completing all set ‘integration work’, and reading/watching/listening to external material as directed by the coach.

10. You, the Client, enter into training and/or sessions with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. As requested, you may be given specific advice or suggestions; however, you agree that it is ultimately your own responsibility for making decisions to determine the best course of action. The coaching support is not a replacement for medical advice.

11. You agree that it is your responsibility to attend the sessions and utilise the tools and resources made available to you.

​

12. Your process may involve physical activity or options to detoxify the body therefore Manda recommends you consult your higher self and doctor before choosing to participate and along your journey. 

​

13. You agree you are taking part voluntarily in all activities at your own risk and TruSelf Coaching will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or harm you may sustain as a result of choosing to participate. 

​

14. You agree that if you have any issues or concerns with the program or service delivery you will contact Manda as soon as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the issue in a constructive way. Manda in turn commits to resolving issues quickly and effectively.

15. TruSelf Coaching promises the client that all information provided is strictly confidential. No information or content shall be released to any persons, including spouse or immediate family; except at the client’s request. Your willingness to be truthful, open, and vulnerable are paramount to your coaching success. If the coach shares something without exposing your identity for teaching purposes, your identity will never be revealed or included.

16. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and revise the content of the ‘The Shift', reschedule part of the program or make other changes  as reasonably required.

17. In order to gain maximum results 1. Implement – Do the work! 2. Ask for help if you are stuck. 3. Share your wins and shifts! 4. Enjoy!!

18. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

​

19. You are fully aware that it is your responsibility to seek legal advice should there be anything herein that you do not understand within these terms.

​

20. By joining 'The Shift' you agree to the above points of the Agreement.
